The bath house was finalized in the year 1911 and was one of the most modern and largest buildings of its kind on the Balkans. Designed by Prof. Arch. Karl Hocheder from the Munich’s Technical University with the chief of the construction works on site the Bulgarian arch. Neno Neshev.
Our team had to accept the big responsibility and also the challenge to design a conceptual project with an idea of combining contemporary SPA functions with the history of a 19 th century Architecture.
