The residential complex consists of 3 two storey houses .  The largest type A , is designed for the investor as a family holiday house and is located on the highest point of the property.  The building has its own parking lot , fitness , Jacuzzi and two saunas all located in the basement floor level. On the ground floor level the living room with a fire place, a dining room, a kitchen and a toilet for guests , a bedroom with a bathroom and a staircase for the upper level have been designed. The dining room and the living room are on a level +0.45m as  following the slant line of the landscape and are linked directly with the outdoor terrain through terraces.

On the second floor , level +3.30 four bedrooms are located , each of them has a separate bathroom and a terrace. On elevation +6.27 through a spiral staircase you reach a small studio apartment designed in the attic space –  it includes a living room with a fireplace  and a bedroom with bathroom.

A smaller structure a type B is situated on the frontline and overlooks the sea . This building doesn’t have a basement floor , only a ground floor level where a  two bedroom room apartment has been designed / living, dining room , kitchenette , WC, two bedrooms each with a separate bathroom and a terrace /.

The third structure is a type C  with the same size as type B , but is located in the west part of the parcel . It includes a two bedroom apartment on each level.

The construction is monolithic and beamless .
