Technical design project for an existing facility – office building , which needs an expansion room for a fast food rastaurant and an apartment for seasonal living . The existing building is 3 storey , with an attic floor and is situated in the north-west part of the parcel . The vertical communication of the building are a panoramic lift and a concrete staircase, which goes to level +14.50 for roof maintenance and a panoramic terrace.
