Sunny Beach Hotel

The building is  a four storey one without a basement level and with a fifth attic level in recess. Situated in the northwest part of the plot , as the south east part is planned as a playground area with a pool and an outdoor bar. At the eastern part side of the hotel there is a parkinglot for the hotel’s guests and at the south part area  the entrance to the storage halls  and the staff entrance have been designed.

The main entrance’s approach to the building is from the north west into the main lobby designed over the whole floor area and having a direct connection with the outdoor pool. The lobby has a reception with a staff’s room next to it  and a room with the safe deposit boxes  for the hotel’s guests  , there is also a vertical communication  – panorama lift , one service lift and a staircase , guests’ toilettes and a hairdresser studio.

On the leftside of the main lobby the entrance to the restaurant has been designed with a connection to the outdoor pool and the inner bar , which serves the lobby area .There is also a small sport center with fitness , jacuzzi ,sauna and changing-rooms also have a direct connection with the pool.

On the upper floor levels the hotel rooms are situated a total number of 47 and 3 studios.
