Lion Hotel

The building is five storey high without a basement level and the sixth floor is in retreat. It’s situated in the north part of the building plot, while in the south part an open space terrace is foreseen  with a direct connection to the hotel’s restaurant . On the same side an outdoor pool is situated with relax loungers around it. On the north side of the hotel a parking lot  for the hotel’s clients is developed and there is also the service entrance .

The approach to the main entrance is formed by a light downward slope – a ramp with a tilt of 12 %  , 0.70 m from the level of the main street. Passing through the entrance follows a lobby space , where a reception with a service room , including a place for a safe available to  hotel’s clients, is situated , there is also the vertical communication of the levels – a hydraulic lift and a concrete staircase, a lobby bar  and toilettes for the hotel’s guests. Additional to the lobby space a hairdresser salon and a shop for souvenirs were designed.

On level  +3.30 m  a small sport center has been designed – fitness hall , sauna , room for massages and a dressing room with showers . On this level are situated part of the hotel rooms, some of them with view to the outdoor pool.

Level +14.70  is in retreat and has 10 hotel rooms and 4 apartments.
